9. "Energy Efficiency in China: Case Studies and Economic Analysis. Environmental Impacts." Responsible Agency: World Bank. Valued the health benefits of reduced air pollution and incorporated these benefits into a broader economic analysis of twenty-five industrial improvement projects in China. Also responsible for review of the final reports. (1994)
10. "China: Greenhouse Gas Control in the Agricultural Sector." Responsible Agency: World Bank. Prepared two case studies of greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural sources. Reviewed and organized the broader report. (1994)

Sources." Responsible Agency: USDA. Estimated the financial impacts of
alternative production techniques aimed at reducing nitrogen leaching in the
